Butter pecan and French Vanilla cakes filled with
strawberries are decorated with romantic swirls,
double diamonds and tiny pearls.  Fuchsia roses top
the 6, 9, 12" rounds sitting on a 14" square that are
banded in green fondant ribbon.  The board is
decorated with the same swirls as the cakes.

The rose bouquet was made with hand sculpted gum
paste roses and rose leaves made of white
chocolate fondant.  A few hydrangea blossoms were
scattered.  A silver plateau and a gorgeous lace
table cloth finished the display.  

The cake served 200.
