|Meagan adored her grandparents
and wanted to replicate their 1949
wedding cake for her own.
The cakes were a 6, 9, 12
& 15" and 14" French Vanilla cakes
on a beautiful gold plateau. The
cakes were covered in buttery rich
buttercream icing, decorated with
old fashioned ruffled swags, drop
strings, buttercream roses and then
more modern scrolls, freehand
piped grapes and leaves. Fondant
doves cooed on the front and was
flanked by pressed sugar bells.

The cake served 175 reserving the
top tier for the first anniversary.
