One of the most unique cakes I have
ever made. This cake was featured
in Mailbox News for Cake Decorators
in their September/October 2007
issue.
This cake is and 8" stacked on an 8"
stacked on a 12" that is stacked on a
12" stacked on a 16"! There are
about 320 disks cut out of gumpaste
and attached with white chocolate.
Drop strings and silver dragees
decorate alternating tiers and a
futuristic ornament graces the top.
The cake was a pale peach color.
Sharise served about 260 servings.
