| Katie chose a fun cake that was fiery red and orange with chocolate circles and dots. The French Vanilla cakes served 120 guests. Silver and crystal initials floated on the top. Katie's wedding was supposed have been at Riverfront Park in Beaumont. Due to damage caused by Hurricane Ike that was no longer possible. The Elegante set aside their policies and let Katie bring in the caterer she had already chosen and paid for. Kudo's to The Elegante for helping a bride in a time of stress and making her dreams come true. |
